How do I repack rentals?
When an item is rented it is to be returned in the same packing materials as it was received.
For example: Large furniture will always be wrapped in furniture blankets. All furniture should be re- wrapped and returned in the same furniture blankets.
Smalls will be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a bin with lid.
All blankets, bins and lids are to be returned, and please save all bubble or replace with your own.
Charge for unreturned items:
Blankets: $50 per blanket
Bins/lids: $50 per bin
Bubble wrap: $25 per bin of wrapped accessories
If any item comes back damaged or broken, the full replacement fee will be charged. Fees will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
What are your warehouse hours for pick up and drop off?
Our warehouse is open for pick-ups and drop-offs Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. Please call before heading to warehouse.

How do I access your floor?
There is a full time reception desk. Ask for directions when you arrive. We can either leave your items in the office for you (for small orders), or, if you need to come into the warehouse, someone in the office will bring you up on the freight elevator.
How many items can I put on "hold"?
We do not have a strict number limit on items we can hold for you. We will require your contact information, hold date and length of rental in order to hold an item for you. We can only hold items for 3 days without payment. Our goal is to work with you and give you what you need, so please feel free to call us if you need assistance.
Can I extend my rental time?
Rentals may be extended unless item has already been requested and/or put on hold for another customer. If you need an extension please call us and we will make every effort to work with you.
